Beginning with a repeat, a design that is set into the exact parameters and dimensions of a screen, each color must be artistically reproduced, either onto a photographic film or a digital file. Today's advanced technology makes it possible to transfer an individual color directly onto a screen through the use of a laser.

Upon completion of all the newly engraved screens in a pattern, the screens are delivered to a printing facility along with the specified fabric for the sample.

The colors are then pitched to the customer's specifications and the printing begins. A color specialist observes all sample printings to ensure that the requested colors are achieved. Once perfect, the sample is shipped to the customer for sample garments.
